Dwella is working on its own line of container swimming pools to complement our line of Luxury Compact Container Homes. Currently in the engineering phase, our lineup will include a 20' x 9' 6" version, the "San Antonio" and a 40' x 9' 6" version, the "Nacimiento". Each will have features/options that can include:

Foundations

We offer four different pre-engineered Foundation systems that will cover about 98% of all installations you may come across. While we offer three different traditional concrete solutions, it's our "Helical Pier" system that we are most excited about. Why you ask? For starters, it's a 1-day install, with very little disruption to the site itself. Second, the price is about 1/3 the cost of a traditional concrete foundation. Third, its removable! That's right, when it's time to move on or sell your container home, simply unscrew the foundation and reuse it at the future location. Lastly, it's accepted by most cities and counties as a permanent foundation solution, which means once installed and a certificate of occupancy is received, long term financeing, like a traditional mortgage is possible.

Our Patent Pending Helical Cap with ISO Container Cam Locks (HCCL) are a game-changer. No more need for an on-site certified welder and certified welding inspector standing there watching them. Once the helical pier is screwed into the earth, the shaft is cut, and our HCCL is bolted to the shaft. The foundation is now ready to receive the container home. A simple twist of four Cam locks, one in each corner, and the container is securely attached to the planet.

We currently offer two different Dwella floor plans. The 40' 320sf "Malibu" 1BR 1 BA and the 20' 160sf "Avila" 1BR 1 BA. Both are available in either a right or left orientation to fit your lot, see Models for more details. We offer two distinct color options, the "Teak" and the "Onyx".
